Terms of Service

Welcome to VAULT. The VAULT Messenger app, web client, and related services (together, the "Service") are operated by WIZCOM INC, a Florida profit corporation ("WIZCOM", "VAULT", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use VAULT. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, your parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf. VAULT is invite-only; we may decline to provide service to anyone at our discretion.
2. Personal use only
VAULT is a private messenger sold to natural persons for their own personal, non-commercial use. By using the Service you represent that you are the end consumer of the Service — you are not signing up on behalf of a business, are not reselling access, and are not using VAULT to provide a service to third parties.
Each VAULT account is for a single individual. You may not share your sign-in with anyone else, you may not transfer your account, and you may not allow another person to send messages or place calls from your account. Bots, automation, scripts, and other non-human accounts are not permitted.
Subscriptions, credits, and any other paid features are purchased for your own personal use. Credits are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value. Reselling credits, or any output produced with credits, is prohibited (see also section 6, Intellectual property).
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and device secure. Sign-in is by one-time code delivered to your phone number or email address. You agree to provide accurate information when you register and to keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use VAULT to:
- Send unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
- Distribute malware or attempt to disrupt the Service.
- Reverse-engineer or circumvent any technical limitation in the Service, including credit metering.
- Use automated means to send messages or generate AI requests at a rate intended to disrupt the Service.
- Adult and non-consensual sexual content. Use AI features to generate, request, or distribute pornography, sexual content, sexually explicit imagery, content depicting non-consensual sexual acts, content depicting any identifiable person in a sexual context without that person's documented consent, or any content that would constitute pornography under U.S. or applicable local law. Provider-side filters apply, and your account may be suspended or terminated for repeated attempts.
- Generate, request, or distribute sexual content involving minors, or any content that would constitute child sexual abuse material under U.S. or applicable foreign law. Accounts associated with such content will be terminated and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement as required by law.
- Generate or distribute content that incites imminent violence against a person or a protected group.
- Resell the Service, AI outputs produced through the Service, or otherwise use VAULT for commercial purposes (see section 2, Personal use only).
5. Credits and subscriptions
Many features in VAULT consume credits — including AI chat messages, image generation, video generation, and premium tools. Plain messaging and calls between VAULT members are always free.
- Subscriptions. Credit packs are sold as recurring subscriptions, billed monthly or annually through our third-party payment provider. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year at a 10% discount versus the monthly equivalent.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Payments.
- Cancellation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You retain access through the end of that period.
- No refunds. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We do not refund unused credits when you cancel or downgrade.
- Credit expiry. Credits granted with an active subscription expire when the subscription lapses. One-time bonus credits (e.g. the welcome grant) expire 12 months after issuance unless otherwise stated.
- Price changes. We may change prices for future billing periods on at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies to renewals after the notice period.
6. AI features
VAULT integrates AI features powered by third-party model providers. Outputs from AI models can be inaccurate, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for evaluating and verifying outputs before relying on them. You retain the rights you have in your inputs; ownership of AI outputs is governed by the underlying model provider's terms, and we make no representation that any AI output is free from third-party rights.
You will not submit prompts that violate applicable law or that attempt to extract or attack the underlying model. Excessive or abusive use of AI features may result in suspension of those features.
7. Intellectual property
VAULT, the VAULT mark, and the visual design of the Service are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of the messages, files, and prompts you submit. By submitting content through the Service, you grant us the limited rights necessary to deliver the Service — for example, to transmit your message to the intended recipient or to send your prompt to a model provider for processing.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or risk to the Service or other members. On termination your access to the Service ends and we will purge your account record as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VAULT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD 100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. If you reside in a jurisdiction whose laws require otherwise, those mandatory local laws apply to the extent required.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, for substantive changes, announced in-app. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
