Do I need to pay to sign up?
No. Every new member gets 1,000 free credits — enough to try messaging, calls, and a few AI tools before deciding.
What's a credit?
Credits cover any paid action — AI chat messages, image generation, video rendering, premium tools. Plain messaging and calls between VAULT members are always free.
What happens if I run out?
You can either buy a one-time pack any time, or set up auto-recharge to top up automatically when you hit a threshold.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Payments. The change takes effect at the next renewal.
Is my payment information shared?
No. Payments are processed by a trusted third-party payment provider. VAULT never sees your card number; we only get a payment-method token.
What if I cancel?
Service runs to the end of the billing period you've already paid for. After that, you keep the account — just no new credits land.
